Maltese Puppy
A maltese puppy may be difficult to find at rescues, as a rescue usually offers adult dogs.
The eyes are very dark and round. They are set not far apart. The nose is black. Teeth should meet in a scissors bite. Their whole appearance suggests a nice neat fluffy toy. The compact body is well proportioned. These dogs make nice family pets.

These dogs belong to the Bichon family. The breed is very ancient. The dog’s drop ears are rather low set and fluffy. The ears color can be light lemon or tan. However, it is not desirable.
